Josh is a border collie/labrador mix and went missing from his owner on the morning of December 29th, 2006. His owner
is an OTR driver and was stopped at the DOT station near the Exit 13 on I 380 and I 80 in or near Gouldsboro, Pa. Josh has
one white nail on his front left paw and is very friendly, loves children and other dogs. His owner feels he may have caught
the scent of a rabbit and followed it and then met up with another dog which I'm hoping took him to a safe home until he can
